Teachers of Tomorrow is looking to add a Director of District Partnerships to our growing team. The Director of District Partnerships will be responsible for drive sales growth in the K-12 education market within North and South Carolina.

About the Position
In your role as a Director of District Partnerships, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our suite of products, including online professional development, test-preparation for teacher certification, and alternative certification programs for teachers. This individual will play a pivotal role in building relationships with school districts, educational leaders, and other stakeholders to meet revenue goals and expand our market presence within North and South Carolina.
Key Responsibilities (Individual Contributor)
- Sales and Revenue Growth
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the K-12 school market in the assigned territory.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to maximize market penetration.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with district administrators, school principals, and other decision-makers.
- Understand customer needs and align product offerings to address those needs.
- Provide ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Product Promotion
- Present and demonstrate the value of products to prospective customers through in-person meetings, webinars, and conferences.
- Stay informed about educational trends and challenges to position products effectively.
- Train and educate school personnel on the use and benefits of our products.
- Market Research and Strategy
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams to improve offerings and strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored sales approaches for key accounts.
- Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM software.
- Prepare and submit sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Attend and participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
What We are Looking For
- 2+ years of successful sales experience, OR 5+ years of K12 teaching experience and a strong understanding of the K-12 market, with a desire to transition into educational sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals in a consultative sales environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
