Content Design & Delivery Manager/QC

Remote - HOUSTON, TX

Position Summary:

Teachers of Tomorrow is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Content Design & Delivery Manager to support the setup, testing, and delivery of digital learning experiences across our LMS platforms. As the LMS Lead, they will ensure courses—whether brand-new builds or redesigned updates—are properly configured, branded, and fully functional for our future teachers. They will coordinate quality control processes, resolve LMS issues, and support cross-functional teams in preparing both new and revised content for successful launch. This role includes team guidance and cross-department collaboration, ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on work and operational coordination. 

Leadership Responsibilities/Duties (if applicable):

  • LMS Administrator for core and test prep platforms/unified platforms.
  • Establish and follow course release and quality control processes.
  • Evaluate and monitor new content and authoring tools for integration into LMS.
  • Creates content tagging strategy and hierarchy to align with data needs. 

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Configures content and course shells for use by learners and content creators.
  • Publishes courses and coordinates release with IT.
  • Prepares assignments and modules for new and revised courses adhering to relevant policies.
  • Implements & reviews content/outcome tagging to ensure proper data extraction from platform.
  • Coordinates with LMS vendors to implement new features to optimize use of the LMS.
  • Ensures content/coursework aligns with style guides and Teachers of Tomorrow branding.
  • Creates release and versioning notes to ensure visibility into changes.
  • Resolves issues/questions with LMS from IT and customers.
  • Tests learning pathways and adaptivity for new courses.
  • Act in accordance with Teachers of Tomorrow core values.
  • Perform other duties as needed. 

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience working in LMS platforms such as Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle.
  • Experience setting up and supporting both new course launches and revised course content.
  • Familiarity with adaptive learning or digital content management preferred.
  • Prior coordination or informal leadership experience is a plus.
  • Canvas Admin Certification is a plus.  

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Behaviors:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot content or functionality issues.
  • Understanding of course development workflows and instructional content structure.
  • Effective communicator and problem-solver with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholder needs.
